Booking Conditions

1 . Please use the "Contact Us" page to make your booking.
A telephone reservation will be held for 5 days, by which time written confirmation and deposit is required.
 
2. A non-returnable deposit of 50% of the full rental is required with all reservations. Please make cheques payable to:
 'Moorland Cottages' and enclose our completed Booking Form.
 
3. On acceptance of your deposit, a receipt will be sent.
 
4. The outstanding balance must be paid within six weeks of your holiday.
 
CONDITIONS OF RENTAL: The proprietors cannot be held responsible For any loss of or damage to any belongings of the Residents party or their visitors. The resident is responsible for the condition of the property and the furniture and equipment therein. If there are any breakages or damage it is to paid for in full on your departure.
CANCELLATION: If unforeseen circumstances cause you to cancel your holiday at Moorland holiday cottages, we will do all we can to re-let your cottage and waive the outstanding balance. Unfortunately, if we are unable to do so you will be liable for the full charge. We suggest that you take out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy.
 
THE FOLLOWING ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL: Electricity, heating, cleaning cloths scourer, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, foil, clingfilm, starter tea, coffee and sugar, 2 toilet rolls, toilet cleaner, air freshener and bath mats. Beds are ready made up, hand towels, bath towels, tea towels and oven cloth are also provided and changed weekly for two week stays. A cot with bedding and a highchair are provided on request.
 
PETS are welcome by arrangement (maximum 2 dogs per cottage)
